How's it done 

We batten the roof spars to leave a minimum 45mm cavity then fit the multi layer insulation then batten again to leave another 25mm cavity this helps to prevent condensation and lets the roof breath then we fit the PVC cladding, the outside is unchanged.

Ceiling Specification

Due to the special composition of the multi-layers of insulation and only 40mm thick Supaquilt effectively deals with all forms of energy transfer (i.e. conduction, convection, and radiation). Supaquilt works most effectively by reflecting infra-red radiation. This means that not only is Supaquilt effective in winter by reflecting heat back into the Conservatory and cold out, but also in summer, Supaquilt is a very effective solar overheating barrier reducing the need for artificial cooling systems, preventing uncomfortable build-up of heat in the conservatory.
